INSTALLATION  

Carl's Place Standard Golf Impact Screens are designed for easy installation on any truss system, freestanding or suspended, using 6-inch or 9-inch black ball bungees available in any quantity you need. It is essential to use the correct side—the front side, marked by the Carl's Place logo at the bottom left—which is specifically engineered to withstand real golf ball impacts. 

For optimal performance, select an impact screen that matches your projector's aspect ratio, though many users choose screens based primarily on available space, adjusting projector alignment as needed.

TURNTIMES 

Carl's Place Standard Golf Impact Screens are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment. Most standard Carl’s Place products, including impact screens, typically arrive within 7-10 business days after processing. 

For custom screens, delivery may take 7-14 business days, with Built-In Panel Kits requiring 14-21 business days. Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive tracking details via email to monitor your shipment. This reliable timeline ensures you can plan your golf simulator setup with confidence and precision. 

RETURNS 

Carl's Place Standard Golf Impact Screens may be returned within 30 days, provided they remain in like-new condition, undamaged, and include all original packaging and accessories. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for all shipping costs during the return process. Please note that Carl's Place custom orders, including custom enclosures, impact screens, built-in golf room kits, padded walls, ceiling paneling, and curtains, are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
