Carl's Place HotShot Golf Hitting Mat is all about making your indoor golf practice more fun and personalized. Carl whipped up three unique hitting strips, each lovingly hand-built in Milton, Wisconsin, with its own special feel. No matter how you swing or what you like, there’s a strip ready to make every shot feel just right. They slide easily into any size Carl’s HotShot™ Mat, but wait—there’s more! At about 1¾” tall, these strips are sneaky little shape-shifters that can hop into other mats or flooring systems too. Just cut a piece, swap it in, and instantly upgrade your game space. Try them out and feel the playful difference!

Shipping Rates

Most Carl’s Place products ship free with standard delivery. Larger items—such as Pipe Framing Kits, Back Cover Pipe Kits, and Built-In Panel Kits—require freight shipping due to size and weight. Any applicable freight charges will be calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before leaving our warehouse.

Delivery Times

• Standard Products (enclosures, impact screens, hitting mats, hitting strips, swing cameras, and accessories): 7–10 business days after processing.

• Custom Products (custom enclosures, custom impact screens, Built-In Screens): 7–14 business days after processing.

• Built-In Panel Kits: 14–21 business days after processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, your order is still in the processing stage.

RETURNS 

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in like-new condition, undamaged, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made products—including Custom Enclosures, Impact Screens, Built-In Golf Room Kits, Built-In Screens, Padded Walls, Ceiling Paneling, and Curtains—are not eligible for return or refund once shipped.

Restocking & Shipping Fees

• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
