Price Match Guarantee Conditions
At The Simulator Superstore, we work hard to make sure our customers always get the best possible value. If you find a lower advertised price on the same product within six months of your purchase, we’ll refund the difference. Our goal is simple: we want you to shop with total confidence knowing you’re getting the best price available.
This guarantee applies not only to competitor websites, but also to our own. If we lower the price of an item on our site within six months of your purchase date, we’ll issue a refund for the difference as well.
How to Request a Price Match
To request your refund:
- Send us an email at support@thesimulatorsuperstore.com (or call us at 337-205-2215).
- Include your order number and a link to the identical product either on our website or on a competitor’s website.
- Once verified, we’ll issue a credit back to your original form of payment for the difference.
Price Match Guarantee Conditions
While we stand behind our promise, certain limitations apply:
- The item must have been purchased from The Simulator Superstore before requesting a price match.
- Requests must be made within six months of your purchase date.
- The competing product must be identical (same brand, model, and specifications) and in stock at the time of the request.
- Competitors must be authorized online retailers of the product in question. Prices from unauthorized sellers will not be honored.
- We cannot match prices from auction or discount websites such as eBay, Overstock, or other third-party marketplaces.
- Promotions such as mail-in rebates, coupon codes, or “buy one, get one free” offers are excluded.
- Price comparison includes both the item price and shipping costs but does not include sales tax.
