All orders begin with a 1–2 business day processing period before moving to fulfillment. Once processed, this product typically requires an additional 7–10 business days of lead time before it is ready to ship.

When your order leaves the warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven’t yet received a shipping confirmation, it simply means your order is still in processing.

Please keep in mind these timelines are estimates rather than guarantees. Unexpected delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, but if there are any changes to the expected shipping schedule, we’ll notify you as quickly as possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Standard Returns
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. To qualify, items must be in like-new condition, free of damage, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are also responsible for covering shipping costs throughout the return process.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact The Simulator Superstore at support@thesimulatorsuperstore.com or call 337-205-2215. Be sure to reference your 5-digit order number and provide photos of the items you’re returning. All returns must first be approved by the manufacturer. Once approved, we’ll provide the appropriate return shipping address or issue a pre-paid return label. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the items have been received and inspected.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@thesimulatorsuperstore.com.

If an order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs in addition to the 3% merchant processing fee. Cancellations after shipment are treated as a standard return and will also be subject to the 15% restocking fee.
